Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹ 999.
For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 150 will be applied during checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website or via our Track Order page.

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Products such as customized items, innerwear, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-shipping the product.
Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
If you want a different size, color, or replacement item, you can opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share photos or videos with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
