By accessing or using Orbosis Trends (“we”, “our”, “us”, the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

• You may browse without an account. Some features may require creating an account with accurate, current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Products & Availability

• We sell clothing & accessories, including keychains, mobile covers, and diaries.

• Product images are for representation; minor variations in color/finish may occur.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Pricing, Offers & Errors

• Prices are shown in INR (₹).

• Discounts, coupons, and promotions are time-bound and may carry specific conditions.

• In case of any pricing/typographical errors, we may cancel or modify the order after notifying you.

Order Placement & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it at our discretion.

• Order confirmation (email/SMS) acknowledges receipt; final acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.

• We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification, inaccurate information, or suspected misuse.

Payment Method – Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We currently accept only Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes within India.

• COD orders may require phone/email verification. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

• Please keep exact cash ready at delivery. Refusal or non-availability may lead to order cancellation and service restrictions.

Shipping & Delivery (India Only)

• We ship within India only.

• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary due to location, courier capacity, holidays, or unforeseen events.

• Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure accurate address and contact details.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (7 Days)

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Provide unboxing/delivery proof photos or videos if requested (for damage/defect claims).

• Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons (if applicable and stated on product page).

Options Available:

• Exchange: Size/color exchange (subject to stock availability).

• Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method where applicable or via bank transfer (for COD), after quality check.

Process:

1. Email hello@orbosistrends.com within 7 days of delivery with order ID, item details, and reason.

2. We’ll share pickup/return instructions.

3. Upon receipt and QC approval, we’ll process exchange or refund.

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

• Otherwise, return shipping may be borne by the customer (as communicated during the return request).

QC & Rejections:

• Items failing QC (used/damaged/missing tags) may be returned back to you without refund.

Cancellations

• Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by emailing hello@orbosistrends.com; we’ll confirm if the order hasn’t shipped.

• After dispatch: Please refuse delivery or initiate a return per the Return Policy above.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

• Report within 48 hours of delivery at hello@orbosistrends.com with clear photos/videos and the unboxing clip (if available).

• We will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with security features or attempt unauthorized access.

• Post or transmit harmful, obscene, infringing, or misleading content.

• Scrape, copy, or exploit content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and design—is our property or used under license and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews or content:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for marketing and operations.

• You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Third-Party Services & Links

We may use third-party tools (e.g., courier tracking) or link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website, products, and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbosis Trends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, strikes, shutdowns, transport or courier disruptions, or telecommunications failures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
